Two international teams of Menzies Aviation leaders are joining the 2018 Cultural Leadership Challenge, with the first challenge taking place in Spain in September 2018. The challenge will enhance each participant’s team leadership skills, strengths and the ability to work across cultures.

Participants are teamed with fellow high-performing managers from across the network, with whom they will undertake a series of surprise challenges. It will be a rewarding and unique event, working in partnership with a community team and local charity.

Spain: SOS Children’s Villages

St Maarten: K1 Britannia
