Today the team entered the final day of the Cultural Leadership Challenge, and the second day of their Innovation Hackathon.

The Hackathon is the Business Challenge element of the CLC, and involves two days of intense planning, workshopping and innovating.

The group generated ideas designed to enable Station Managers across Menzies Aviation to actively find and promote business opportunities at their location.

Two days of planning concluded with a presentation to Menzies Aviation leaders: Kevin Brown (SVP North America Operations) and John Redmond (EVP Americas) joined us, with virtual attendance from Forsyth Black (CEO), Steve Rick (SVP Systems & Transformation) and Jo Harrison (VP People Development & Education).
