Today the CLC team began their first Leadership Challenge. 

This time it was our turn to be the instructors, as the team continued the skills exchange with the NIPA apprentices and hosted a “Personal Impact Workshop”. Our team of managers shared their knowledge and experience of the world of work, providing guidance on professionalism, interviews, writing a resume and leadership skills.

The K1 Foundation directly impacts the lives of the NIPA apprentices, and the CLC team’s Personal Impact Workshop builds on those concrete skills to give the apprentices further support for their future careers.
