Today our participants met our charity partners at the K1 Britannia Foundation to learn more about their work and spent the afternoon with the children from Little League. Both organisations focus on supporting young people on the island in the aftermath of 2017’s Hurricane Irma.
K1 Britannia Foundation
The K1 team introduced their work with troubled youth on the island, and their hopes for the island’s future:

The team met the children from St Maarten’s Little League programme and presented them with gifts from around the world:

The Menzies team were overwhelmed to see the immense work put in by both K1 and Little League, and meet the children who will directly benefit from the funds raised during the Cultural Leadership Challenge.
