Today the Cultural Leadership Challenge Team applied all of their learning about ‘Design Thinking’, to create a recommendation for the perfect Station Manager induction, the Business Challenge they had been tasked to solve.
Based on research and insight from real station managers they created a prototype one-year induction programme, which they then shared with the EMEA Leadership team in central Madrid.
They shared their leadership lessons from the week, which included realising that they were capable of pushing themselves and achieving far more than they ever thought possible. They return home tired, but with a rejuvenated sense of team spirit and personal satisfaction.
