Day Zero

Our 11 participants have all arrived in Spain and last night everyone gathered to learn what was in store for them over the coming week.

Our 11 participants have all arrived in Spain and last night everyone gathered to learn what was in store for them over the coming week.

Our participants have formed three teams and will compete against each other in a series of physical, leadership and charitable challenges to discover just how far they can push themselves. They’ll push their bodies, learn and build new skills, expand their creative thinking and maximise their social impact in support of SOS Children’s Villages.

Physical Challenge: Triathalon

Their first stage of their physical challenge begins on Monday: working together to complete their team Triathalon challenge over the course of the week. The teams will compete to cover the greatest distances, and the team which as exceeded the baseline by the most at the end of the week will be crowned Challenge Champions.

Filming Challenge

Each team will be recording their adventures throughout the week, while they achieve things they didn’t even know they could do. Part of their challenge is to edit a video which captures the essence of their experiences, including both their physical activities and their visits to SOS Children’s Villages. The EMEA Leadership Team will view the results next week and award the best film with a Menzies Oscar.

Innovation Challenge

Saturday and Sunday see our teams helping the EMEA team solve a business challenge, putting their heads together to use creative thinking and develop new ideas before presenting their solutions to the EMEA team.
